Great friendly atmosphere which makes you feel at ease. All staff were exceptional. The whole process from referral to the procedure was super quick too.

A calming, reassuring and highly professional service at every touchpoint. Every staff member I had contact with, in person/on the phone was knowledgeable and supportive in the lead-up to, and following my procedure. My oral surgeon performed my procedure with confidence and great care, taking the time to provide explanations and reassurance when needed. I felt in safe, expert hands at every step in the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice and oral surgeon to others.

The practice has it's own parking space, and even though I am a person with disability there was no problem with my appointment. Also, they had no problem with my carer accompanying me all the way. I was welcomed by realy kind receptionists, and after a short while I was being taken care by an experienced surgeon with a gentle personality. Everyone took such an amazing care of me that even though I was nervous I managed to get through the whole process to the end. All the personel felt very reliable so I didn’t panic as much as I thought I would. I think there are no words that can describe how grateful I am for the help I received from the Doctor. I attended Watton Clinic after being referred by my dentist for removal of my wisdom tooth. I was contacted within days of the referral and given a CT scan on the same day, I wasn’t pressured to book the removal and given time to process it. I booked the removal for the following week on a day of my choice. Everyone at the practice was kind, friendly and patient with me. I was nervous as I’ve never had oral surgery before but I was put at ease, the practice itself is clean and smells lovely, not like a dentist at all, very relaxing. I would recommend the surgery and the dentist, the reception staff were lovely and talked me through everything.

My experience at Watton Clinis was very positive. The staff were very friendly and supportive and the atmosphere was calming. The whole procedure was very quick and relatively painless.

I was a very nervous patient, and was referred here for a tooth extraction. All of the staff were very friendly and calm, the practice itself is very clean and extra care has been taken to ensure a calm and comfortable experience. The dentist I saw was brilliant and was able to explain everything to me in a manor that helped me remain calm, he was excellent at relieving the pressure I had put on the situation and completed the procedure with professionalism and efficiency. Overall a brilliant experience for what I was sure would not be!

Very understanding staff, kind and reassuring. Nurses and Dentist very knowledgeable, kind and put me at my ease. Such a lovely environment too - music, decor and essential oil burners, amazing view from the chair - very easy to put myself into a place of relaxation - like being at a spa!!! Can’t wait to have to go again! Not sure how access would be for a wheelchair user though as on first floor, but I imagine they have a lift. Parking and grounds were lovely - and easy to find!

This was the first visit for me after being referred from my own dental practice to have a tooth extraction. I was highly apprehensive as I absolutely hate going to the dentist even for a check up. As i walked in to reception I was greeted by kind friendly staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I then met with the surgeon who put me at ease straight away. He explained the procedure step wise in clear concise manner. He could see I was very nervous and talked to me and tried to relax me throughout the procedure. If i wanted to stop at any time i could and he explained it wouldn’t be an issue. Luckily the extraction was straight forward. I was given after care advice and asked to relax a while before leaving. I can’t recommend this surgeon and his assistant who was also very kind enough. If you need a kind compassionate dental surgeon then I highly recommend this practice. I can’t thank them enough!! Thank you again !

The care and skill shown to extract a tooth fractured to the root was exceptional. The surgeon clearly explained everything as he went along, thus alleviating stress. All was ably backed up by the friendly and helpful assistants and reception staff.

My mum had 2 separate roots extracted, on 2 different occasions. Both times she was very nervous, and the staff were so understanding and allowed me to be with her at all times. The process of taking xrays was quick, all located close by, so mum didnt have to walk too far, the procedure was very quick, once the numbing injections had taken effect. The 2nd extraction, was for a historic root, which was removed very quickly. The staff know their stuff and I highly recommend this clinic.

Superb team all round, very informative and friendly staff. Dentist and Nurse were both amazing throughout my procedure, they showed a lot of patience and understanding of my needs and talked me through each step of the process. As someone who generally doesn't enjoy visits to the dentist they made it as best as it could have been, we even managed to have a little laugh too! Thank you!

Came in for wisdom tooth removal. I was instantly put at ease as soon as I walked through the door, it was like walking into a spa! I had to have an urgent wisdom tooth removal and the whole team were incredible. The surgeon explained everything and even when it was touch and go if he could remove it, he did everything he could to do so in a painless manner. I didn’t even need a stitch! The reception staff member Nikki as lovely and the surgery nurse helped ease any anxiety I had. An absolutely incredible surgery with fantastic staff!

I was extremely anxious prior to my appointment and the team there really helped me, talked through what was going to happen and really helped calm me and the actual experience was so quick and painless I was shocked! I attended Watton place dental surgery as a referral for urgent treatment! Wisdom tooth removal.. The practice is so calming, lovely smell when you enter the building like a spa…the staff are friendly and the surgeon made me feel at ease he informed me of the treatment and the removal of my wisdom tooth was extracted without any pain the surgeon came across as very professional and my treatment was all over in no time.. my experience was faultless what a fantastic dental surgery only wish I could be on the nhs register with them

Surgical removal of wisdom tooth was expertly done by the dental surgeon. The extraction process was painless under local anaesthetics administered and painless after without having to take pain killers. Really impressed by the surgical skills and I’d like to thank everyone working at the clinic for their work and professionalism.

Yes no one likes a dentist! But after needing a second extraction I will honestly say it’s been the best of a bad situation, I felt confident I was in safe hands.. I have been referred to Watton twice in the last couple of months and both times have had the best treatment. From walking in to the friendly receptionist team where you are made to feel comfortable the treatment just flowed nicely. The dental surgeon explained all the treatment they was going to do and asked if I had any questions. My tooth was extracted in a very short time with no pain or discomfort they truly are professionals. The receptionist give me aftercare instructions. In all they have a fantastic practice.

Referred here twice in recent weeks for tooth extractions. Quick response and availability of appointments. From the calming, non-clinical odour of lemon grass on entering the building. The welcoming and calming nature of the receptionists. The excellent service of the oral surgeon and attendant dental nurse. At all times they explained the procedures, and ensured that I was comfortable and that the procedure was pain-free. After the procedure that initial healing was as expected and gave clear verbal and written instructions for aftercare. For anyone needing such dental treatment I would highly recommend.

The Watton Place Clinic was easy to find and park at. It has friendly welcoming staff and I received very professional dental treatment.

Visited to have two wisdom teeth removed during august and September, the team were welcoming and kind and very informative and happy to answer any questions. The practice interior is also lovely and they have an air mister with oils going.

After my local dentist couldn't complete an extraction I was referred here. I was in a lot of pain and the amazing staff on reception fitted me in and we're very considerate throughout. The dentist was also very nice and sorted me out quickly.

I was referred to this surgery for an extraction. I was sent all the necessary information beforehand by email. My only comment is that it might be good to refresh the presentation of the content as it looked like it had been around a long time.
On the actual day the place is well signposted, with good car parking. The surgery is up a flight of stairs but I had been informed of this.
The receptionist was professional and friendly as was the dental nurse who made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen
The dentist explained the procedure and everything went according to plan.
I was given follow-up advice and overall I was very happy with the experience.

Had a tooth extraction today which was a total different experience to one I had at my own dentist. I can't say that the one at my own surgery was bad just awkward as I have very large roots. Today was over quickly in a very calming environment. The staff were friendly and caring and helped calm me down as I get very anxious about these procedures. I would definitely ask to be referred here again if I need to have something similar down.

I was due to have a wisdom tooth removed and was terrified. The nurse was calm and reassuring. The Dentist was professional and explained everything clearly. He took the tooth out in less than 5mins and other than feeling pressure there was no pain. Another nurse explained the after care clearly and gave me information to read later and extra guaze if needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have a tooth out.

The atmosphere as you walk in is very relaxing, everything is visibly clean and the staff are welcoming and professional. My dental nurse saw that I was anxious and helped me to relax and was so cheerful that is made me less scared. My dental surgeon was amazing he took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease and then took the tooth out so quickly.

After having an appointment today to have a root of a tooth removed I was very apprehensive. I arrived at the clinic and was greeted by 2 lovely receptionist the clinic is lovely and calming. The dental surgeon took me in and numbed the area after 15 mins was called in to remove the root this procedure was done in under 2 minutes no pain and the surgeon was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend coming her for any dental work with no worries.

Amazing experience today, referred by my dentist this morning after tooth extraction, one root was causing a problem and needed specialist attention, from taking the first phone call from reception asking me to come in, then being greeted by a super friendly receptionist who put my mind at rest, both the dentist and nurse were amazing, very caring and professional, would definitely recommend.

I had braced myself for a traumatic experience but the whole operation was over in less than ten minutes. The Dentists was extremely good at his job and i've suffered hardly any pain afterwards as a result.

I had a referral for a difficult extraction, the treatment was excellent, the extraction was carried out with excellent care, no pain, I felt completely relaxed during the procedure.

I’ve had both bottom wisdoms removed at this practice. Both extractions were quick, painless and really well explained as they were doing them. Patient aftercare is wonderful too, when I was worried they booked me straight back in to have a look, and immediately located an infection (my fault) cleaned the socket and prescribed antibiotics. At my second removal all staff members had remembered me, checked on my progress and even asked about some personal things I had let them know before. What a wonderful practice, every member of staff is clearly highly trained, and has incredible patient care too. I would not look anywhere else for removals, this is the only practice I’ve felt so looked after and that the service was absolutely second to none.

My first contact with this surgery was on the phone. They were very accommodating and kind. They sent out lots of information in advance of the appointment including good instructions on how to find the place. Upon arrival, the surgery ambience immediately put me at ease and all the staff were friendly and chatty. It felt like everyone cared, even those I was not directly dealing with. The character of the building was charming and warm. I did not have to wait for more than a few minutes. The x-ray machine was very high-tech. The surgeon was quick and efficient and the aftercare instructions were very clear. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

I have just had my root pulled out about a hour ago, the surgeon was very skilful and very quick really pleased with his work, the dental staff are amazing especially the lady who took my xray she was amazing just like the surgeon they are tops..

I am willing to post a picture of myself as I am a 6'6" monster of a man but have never looked after my teeth. My wonderful mum has encouraged me desperately to go to the dentist as I am 49 years old and have good teeth but am petrified of them all. My dentist told me (as I thought) that I needed a tooth out. I sat in their car park for an hour before telling myself that I had to do this. At reception I told them how nervous I was but it did not matter. When I was called up the dentist listened to my nervousness and continued. She was kind, extremely gentle and listened to my every fear telling me exactly what I would feel. I didn't feel any of the pain they said I would. They are fabulous and I highly recommend them. Thank you all.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years and have always found them to be nothing other than caring, sympathetic and totally professional in all that they do.

I hate dentists, I'm going to open with that line here and say my previous experiences with dentists have been horrific. This place was wonderful. I was super nervous, they could tell. I was put at ease and had everything explained to me. Even through the procedure I was still spoken to and explained what was happening. The place is lovely and clean, great reception area. The building is historic and has character. This didn't look like a dentist, which is a good thing. It was not a nice procedure to have done, but they did brilliantly and got me through it the best they could. I am now healing.

After having a bad experience at another dentist, Watton Place were lovely in making me feel at ease. The dentist I saw was amazing. She was professional and empathetic. This is an excellent dentist. You are treated really well from the moment you step inside the door. The staff are really helpful, friendly and accommodating and the dentist is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made a relatively rotten experience of getting teeth taken out, much nicer. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The dental surgeon put me at ease really quickly and everything was explained to me very clearly. I’d never had anything done to my teeth before so I was quite nervous but everyone was so understanding. I was also seen incredibly quickly after referral. I really liked how friendly everyone was, each part of my treatment was talked through with me in great detail. I was also allowed my partner to accompany me during the process. Aside from actually getting my teeth out, there was nothing I didn’t like about the service they provided and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

It’s a wonderful surgery. There is calming music playing, airy rooms and very personable staff. Everything was well explained and they were very good with my anxiety of the procedure. The oral surgeon was incredible - fast, efficient and with very little discomfort.

What an awesome experience. Just had a tooth taken out less than an hour ago and I’m back working on my laptop (avoiding work related calls of course). Excellent care provided by all of the staff in a professional and calming environment. No need to be worried or concerned if you attend this practice, they were outstanding.

I was referred by my dental practice to Watton Place Stone Clinic for an awkward cracked tooth extraction. From reception to dentist / dental nurse the staff were so friendly & informative. put me at ease. I was extremely nervous. I’ve had a tooth extraction before the noise pulling & pain was awful, so I was dreading another tooth out. The dentist talked through what would happen prior then talked to me while giving me the anaesthetic injections in mouth. The dentist tested the effects of anaesthetic to make sure I couldn’t feel any pain. Then the dental nurse gently supported my head while the dentist literally took my tooth out with couple of tugs bit of pressure, wiggle & that was it. I couldn’t believe it was all over she said ok bite down on gauze we’re all done.. Completely pain free no noise of teeth cracking. Reception made sure I was ok with gauze & talked through after care & gave me copy to take home. Very grateful for the wonderful care

The dental surgeon, assistant and the whole team exhibited friendliness and expertise in ample proportion. My extraction was performed with such confidence and skill that I felt comfortable throughout. Considering it was a broken molar, the procedure was much less bother than I expected. Great building too...

I was referred to Watton Place Clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction. They contacted me to make an appointment and were so kind over the phone, as I explained I was petrified of having it done. On the day of the extraction I arrived at the clinic, and was greeted by two friendly reception staff who once again put me at ease, and said I was in the best hands. I was shown to the waiting room and after a few minutes was called through. The dental nurse was so reassuring and the dentist was understanding of my worries but reassured me I was in his care, and there was nothing to worry about. I had a local anaesthetic and then waited 10 mins for this to take effect. Once back in the chair for the procedure, the nurse and dentist became a little concerned as I went very pale with white lips clammy hands and slow pulse. They were concerned I was going to faint! I felt ok, but they waited for me to take deep breaths and for the colour to come back. They asked if I was happy to continue, which I was. The actual extraction was so quick, the Dentist was amazing, and the dental nurse was so caring and made sure I was ok to walk. I was not rushed at all. I have never visited Watton Place, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it in the future.

… this is not your typical dental surgery, all the modern equipment is present if one cares to look, but somehow it discreetly gives way to the relaxing ambience of floral and herbal essence, climbing plants, subtle mobiles and flowing gentle music. Pleasant views of Watton are visible from most windows so in short this surgery is like a tonic for those patients weary of dentistry.

The staff are quietly confident, professional, most considerate and take a genuine interest in the patients well being. I would opine that this is about as good as it can be, I would unconditionally recommend Watton Place Clinic above any surgery that I have ever attended.
